Ideal for pumping from a water butt directly to water plants in the garden. Can also be used to drain ponds and small swimming pools. Supplied with three piece aluminium swan neck extension pipe, adjustable flow control feature and snap on connector. Float switch automatically turns pump off when water level has dropped. Maximum height 0.98M. Supplied complete with BS approved non-rewireable moulded plug and 10M (approx.) of cable.

Additional information regarding Submersible Pumps
Pumps with automatic float switches allow the pump to be left unattended and automatically cuts out when the water level drops below the pumps minimum. Pumps with no float switch are manual and must not be left running when the water level drops below the required minimum.

It is recommended that an RCD is always used with a submersible pump as should be the case whenever electrical products are used with water.

The maximum flow rate of a pump is directly affected by the height it has to lift the water. In general the flow rate will decrease as the lift height increases. Horizontal pumping distance is also affected use the formula Max Height - Working Height x 10 to determine the maximum horizontal distance the pump will be capable of.
